1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7-15 business days for the USA and Canada. International orders may take 10-20 business days depending on your location.
Q: Do you ship worldwide? A: Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries around the globe.
Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link. You can also use our "Track Your Order" page to see real-time updates.
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What should I do? A: We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us at shop.picklycart@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund? A: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
3. PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Absolutely. Our store is built on Shopify and uses SSL encryption to protect all your data. We do not store your credit card information.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
4. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: You can request a change or cancellation within 12-24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it? A: Please contact us immediately! If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
