1. Shipping Locations

We provide international shipping to customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and many other countries worldwide.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Shipping Estimates

To keep our prices low and offer unique products, we ship directly from our global warehouses. Please refer to the estimated delivery times below:

  • United States & Canada: 7-15 business days.

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7-12 business days.

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 15-25 business days.

Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal delays.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $4.95 or "Calculated at Checkout".

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $50.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually updates within 2-5 business days. You can track your package directly on our "Track Your Order" page.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PicklyCart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the local carrier or our support team at shop.picklycart@gmail.com.
